Эти блипы слышишь постоянно. Характерный пример с неимоверным их количеством - программа Jerry Springer'a, который впервые, честь ему и хвала, показал американской глубинке ее саму в зеркале. Какой будет язык у необразованных теток, публично делящих любовника? Соответственно, "bleeping". Смысл у этого прилагательного в принципе, то же что и у (*)"fucking", т. е., мягко говоря, чертов. На фотографии (см. цв. илл. (Фрагмент обложки американской книги про неприличные выражения. Мы читали, видите, потерта.)) - обложка книжки про блипы (для тех, кто захочет в это дело углубиться).
